Seated exercises to mobilize and stretch pre riding
Use these seated exercises as a 20min warm up or do them in the saddle ( if your horse is able to stand still & calm) to re-set your body during a ride. Mobilize your back, shoulders, spine, ankles and calves to enable a depper seat and finer aids when riding. A subtle rider creates a subtle horse.
