Stretch your hip flexor with this gentle yoga style stretch in a standing position. Beginner friendly. More flexible and free hips lead to a deeper, more balanced seat seat and let you move your legs more feely to apply the aids to your horse. Try it and feel the difference in your hips. Easy to do at the barn, at a competition or just at home before each riding practise.
