Behavioral Health Crisis Readiness for Nonclinical Staff is self-paced practical H.S.S. training for security, reception, customer service, housing, transportation, education, nonprofit, faith, and other nonclinical staff who may encounter people in crisis. Learners complete real-world decision activities, seven knowledge checks, an application scenario, and a 25-question final assessment. A score of at least 85% is required. Successful learners receive a signed downloadable H.S.S. Certificate of Completion valid for 12 months. This educational course does not authorize diagnosis or treatment and does not replace employer-specific requirements or third-party credentials.
