When you sign up you will receive emails from Ovatu where you will see the sessions for this course.

Can I join a regular pilates class after doing this course?

For sure! You simply need to book on Ovatu for the timetabled classes.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Please bring a mat and a drink for each session
