Behavior Data Sheets: Frequency, Duration and Interval Recording, High School
Printable behavior data sheets for IEP goals: frequency, duration and interval. Bad data is usually a definition problem, not a counting problem. If two adults wouldn't agree on whether the behavior happened, the numbers don't mean much.
What's included:
• A which sheet do I use guide with school examples for each method
• How to write a definition two people agree on
• Daily and weekly frequency sheets
• A duration sheet
• Partial interval and momentary time sample sheets
Teach paras the definition page first, then hand them one sheet, not five. Have two adults watch the same five minutes and compare counts. If they don't match, fix the definition before collecting more.
