Terms & Conditions

1. Each raffle entry costs R10.00.
2. There is no limit to the number of entries. Participants may enter as many times as they wish. The more entries purchased, the greater the chances of winning.
3. Full payment must be received before an entry is considered valid.
4. The raffle closes at 23:59 on 3 August 2026. No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
5. The winner will be selected by a random draw and announced on 7 August 2026 via Timeless Treasures' official social media platforms and/or contacted directly.
6. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
7. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Timeless Treasures reserves the right to conduct a new draw and select another winner.
8. By entering, participants agree that their first name and surname may be used to announce the winner on Timeless Treasures' social media pages.
9. Timeless Treasures reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicate entries that have not been paid for.
10. By entering this raffle, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept the outcome of the draw as final.
11. Collection & Delivery

The winner is responsible for collecting their prize. If collection cannot be arranged, the prize may be.

couriered at the winner's expense. All courier and delivery costs are the sole responsibility of the

winner and must be paid in full before the prize is dispatched. Timeless Treasures will not be held responsible for any delays or damage caused by the courier service once the parcel has been handed over for delivery.
