H.S.S. Safety Readiness Review
SEE THE FORMAT BEFORE YOU COMMIT
The H.S.S. Safety Readiness Review is broader than H.S.S. DIRECT, but the same principle applies: findings should lead to priorities, assigned follow-through, and practical next steps. Use the fictional H.S.S. action-plan sample to see the level of clarity and organization H.S.S. aims to bring to a safety concern.
Your Readiness Review is a separate organizational service and includes the deliverables already listed on the page, including a customized Safety Readiness Gap Report and virtual findings review. The fictional sample is provided only to demonstrate H.S.S. writing and follow-through style.

INTRODUCTORY FIRST-FIVE-CLIENT OFFER — $149
For the first five client engagements, the H.S.S. Safety Readiness Review is available at an introductory price of $149. Limiting the initial group allows H.S.S. to personally work through each engagement, apply the process carefully, and refine the client experience before broader rollout.
You may already have policies, training, checklists, and emergency procedures. But are they actually working together?
The H.S.S. Safety Readiness Review is a personalized virtual organizational review for businesses and organizations that want more than another generic checklist.
Hildebrandt Safety & Security Consulting reviews information you provide about your current safety practices, procedures, training, documentation, incident response, management follow-through, emergency readiness, and overall preparedness.
YOUR VIRTUAL REVIEW INCLUDES:
• Structured H.S.S. client intake and readiness assessment
• Review of relevant client-supplied practices, procedures, and documents
• Identification of practical safety and preparedness gaps
• Customized Safety Readiness Gap Report
• Prioritized recommendations so you know what to address first
• Relevant H.S.S. tools, templates, or resources selected for your findings
• 30-minute virtual findings review with H.S.S.

THIS IS NOT ANOTHER GENERIC SAFETY PDF.
The purpose of the review is to help identify the difference between what your organization believes is in place and what employees and leadership can actually use, document, and follow when something happens.
Depending on your organization and the information provided, review areas may include:
Emergency readiness • incident response • workplace violence preparedness • escalation and de-escalation processes • employee reporting • supervisor response • documentation • corrective-action follow-through • training records • medical readiness • communication systems • management accountability • post-incident improvement.
HOW IT WORKS
After purchase, you will receive the H.S.S. Start Here guide explaining the intake process.
The downloadable PDF is the Start Here guide. Your personalized readiness review and findings are prepared after H.S.S. receives and reviews your completed intake and agreed materials.
Once H.S.S. receives your completed intake and necessary supporting information, your personalized review will be completed and your findings prepared.
Typical turnaround: up to 5 business days after receipt of a complete intake and required materials.
