Cadence Core Railway Setup Support

A done-for-you Railway deployment setup for Cadence Core users. Licence not included.

Want Cadence Core, but don’t want to wrestle with Railway templates by yourself? This is a paid setup support service for Cadence Core users who’d like me to handle the Railway deployment step for them.

You’ll still need to create your own accounts, collect your own API keys, and provide your own Cadence Core licence key — but I’ll take care of setting up the Railway project so you can move on to configuring and using Cadence.

This listing is for setup support only. You will need a valid Cadence Core licence key before your setup can be completed. If you have not bought Cadence Core yet, please purchase the Cadence Core licence separately or choose the bundle option if one is available.

What’s included

With this setup support, I will:

• set up your Cadence Railway project for you
• check that the required Railway services are created correctly
• configure the deployment using basic details you provide
• create placeholder variables where needed, so you can add your own API keys and sensitive details privately afterwards
• generate/check your Cadence app URL
• create temporary admin login details for your Cadence web interface
• let you know when the Railway setup is ready for you to continue
• give you next-step instructions so you know what to do after setup

You’ll also receive a downloadable setup pack immediately after purchase. This will explain what I need from you, how to invite me to your Railway project, and what you can prepare while your setup request is pending.

I will not continue to have access to your project after setup. I’m just hopping in briefly to get you started, then leaving you to handle your own sensitive data without me present.

What you’ll need before I can complete the setup

You will need:

• a Railway account
• a private Discord server for Cadence
• a Discord bot/application for your AI
• an OpenRouter account and API key
• your Cadence Core licence key

Optional extras, such as image generation or GIF search, can be added later if you have the relevant API keys. I will create placeholders for you where appropriate.

How it works

After purchase, download the setup pack and follow the steps inside. You’ll be asked to invite me to your Railway project and provide the basic setup details I need. While your setup request is pending, you can finish collecting your Discord and API details using the included guides.

Once you invite me, I’ll only access the Railway project you’ve added me to. Once I’ve completed the initial Cadence setup, I’ll message you to confirm that your project is ready, then remove myself from the project so you can continue privately and add your own API keys, bot token, licence key, and other sensitive details yourself.

What this service does not include

This service does not include:

• a Cadence Core licence key
• a live voice or video call
• full Discord bot creation from scratch
• creating third-party accounts for you
• buying credits or subscriptions on your behalf
• ongoing one-to-one support
• custom prompt writing, memory setup, Metronome setup, or persona configuration
• troubleshooting unrelated Railway, Discord, OpenRouter, or account access issues

There are help documents and community support available to everyone, free of charge. If you want more guided help after setup, you can book a separate Cadence support session.

A note on privacy and API keys

Wherever possible, you should keep control of your own API keys and account credentials. I will only access the services needed to complete the setup you purchased. I will not store, reuse, or share your credentials, private Cadence data, Discord content, memories, or API keys.

After setup, I will remove myself from your project and cannot regain access unless you invite me again.

Best for you if…

This is a good fit if you’ve bought Cadence Core and want help getting the Railway deployment handled without needing a full support session.

It’s not the right option if you want live discussion, prompting help, memory shaping, Metronome setup, or broader Cadence customisation. Those are better suited to a separate support session.
