Cadence Core Custom Support Session

Already set up with Cadence Core, but want help figuring out how to make it fit you?

This is a one-to-one support session for Cadence Core users who want focused help with shaping their existing setup. The free Help Library is still available, and you do not need this service to use Cadence Core. The guides already explain how the features work.

This session is for when you want help applying those features to your own setup, rhythm, preferences, and use case.

For example, you might want to talk through:

• how to approach features and apply them in a way that suits your dynamic
• how to plan channel modes for different spaces and projects
• how to think about memory imports from other platforms or memory maintenance
• how to decide which tools to prioritise
• how to use Metronome and Schedules without overbuilding
• how to make Cadence feel more personal, useful, or manageable

This is not a done-for-you build service and does not include code changes.

I won’t rebuild Cadence for you, write a complete prompt system for you, or create a whole custom setup from scratch during the session. Instead, I’ll help you understand your options, make decisions, plan your next steps, and point you toward the right guides or resources afterwards.

How it works

After purchase, you’ll receive a short support questionnaire. You’ll use that to choose your main focus area for the session and tell me what you’re trying to work out.

I'll also get in touch to arrange a scheduled time for us to talk. Please send your completed questionnaire at least 2 days (48 hours) before the session so I have time to prepare.

Your session can be handled as either:

• a 60-minute voice/screen-share call
• a scheduled 60-minute private Discord thread session

After the session, I’ll send a short follow-up note with any relevant links, guides, or next steps we discussed.

You’ll also have a limited 24-hour follow-up window for one or two small “I forgot to ask” questions directly related to the session.

Best for you if…

This is a good fit if you already have Cadence Core set up and want help thinking through how to use what’s already there.

It’s not the right option if you need Cadence installed from scratch, want custom code changes, or want a full done-for-you build.
