• If you want to make your first large brioche piece, this is the perfect pattern for you. This simple but elegant garment, ideal for a night out or to wear to work, playfully combines shapes and directions.

This cardigan is knitted in two-colour brioche stitch worked flat in pieces. It is built in blocks, playing with the vertical line that the brioche stitch creates naturally. Each piece of the cardigan has both horizontal and vertical lines. In order to achieve this effect, you knit the first piece and the second is knitted after picking up the stitches along one side of the first piece.

SIZES: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 148 (156, 168, 172, 180, 192) cm of finished bust circumference with approx. 60 cm of positive ease.

YARN: 3 (4, 4, 4, 5, 5)  balls of MERIAN from Rosários4 in colour 15
3 (4, 4, 4, 5, 5)  balls of MERINO LAND from Rosários4 in colour 23

GAUGE: 20 sts and 27 rows = 10 x 10 cm in brioche stitch, washed and blocked.
