Discord Tagging System

A scripted Discord Tagging System which auto-grabs the account names, the writer of the last post, the trigger warnings from the last post, and any notes from the last post and allows tagging to specific channels, multiple members, and mentioning other members who have characters mentioned in the thread. The tag does not send automatically on submission of the post, allowing for your members to fully customize which members are tagged and which are mentioned. It also means members do not have to find their own information for the Discord tagging - this is strictly a staff activity and can be done on acceptance of a first character and then never touched in between.

Set up is only styling and setting of variables that are separated out from the meat and potatoes of the code to make this as simple as possible for you- and installation help is always available if required (at additional cost).

Upon purchase, you will receive one file (a .zip file) containing:

• Installation Instructions in a txt file
• A txt file with all relevant code (basic styling that is mobile friendly; scripts; script variables)
• A screen recording demonstrating how to add a hook, a member, and a role to the script variables

All .txt files can be opened in Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac).

Specific Use Policies

You may use this on as many sites as you like, with credit.

This cannot be used within sale skins or commissions except under specific circumstances:

• Purchase of the Code for Premades option; in this instance, you may include it in as many skin sales as you like.
• The commissioning client purchases the lower-tier option of their choice and installs it themselves or has you install it; in this case, the rights to use it in future do not belong to you but to the client. You may not use the code in future without your own purchase.
