By purchasing a skin from me you are agreeing to the below conditions:

I reserve the right to continuing access to all skins listed for sale. This includes uploading the skins on test sites for the purposes of providing live previews to clients and in my professional portfolio, as well as use of unlimited sale skins.

All skins are designed and tested on Mozilla Firefox, but bugs present in Google Chrome, Safari, or (in the case of responsive skins) on mobile devices are valid under the Support policy unless otherwise specified.

Skin credits in the board wrappers may not be removed, altered, or otherwise edited. If credits are placed in a webpage, alternate policy options regarding changes are available and will be present alongside the credit statement in the webpage.

Once purchased, you will receive all files required for a full install that will match the live preview, with potential exception of exact placeholder text, which may differ. Additional files will also be included and contain all BBCode set up, posting templates, and any forum description template(s) that may be available for that skin.

Upon purchase, you may make any changes you wish, excluding removal of credit.

These codes are not free for public use. As such, you may not upload any pieces of the purchased code to a public resource such as CodePen without making it private.

Unless otherwise stated, all skins are unlimited sale and may not be re-sold or given away.

Limited-slot skins may be re-sold or gifted at a price equal to or less than that which you paid, but you must first contact me so that I may track the use of my limited-slot skins. Once sold, you lose rights to use the skin.

If the original purchaser (or the original receiver, if explicitly purchased as a gift) leaves the site staff, the above re-sale policies apply. The skin must be removed if unlimited sale, but may otherwise stay so long as the original purchaser/receiver relinquishes rights to use the skin and contacts me.
