Free Wedding Guest List & Seating Planner — Excel + CSV

How it works

Enter confirmed guests, set table capacities, resolve the visible warnings, then copy the three guest columns into a new sheet and save as CSV UTF-8. Edit the pale yellow cells; keep the check formulas intact.

This is a free planning spreadsheet, not an automatic seating algorithm or RSVP tracker. Calculations cover the 200 reserved guest rows and 20 table rows. The CSV files work without Excel but do not contain the workbook calculations. The blank workbook contains no macros or external data connections.
