TableBatch is a downloadable HTML tool for printable place cards and seating lists. Open it in a compatible desktop browser, import a UTF-8 CSV or TSV, choose your columns, and prepare the batch locally. No online guest-list upload or app subscription is required.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• Three original card styles, flat and folded layouts, A4 and US Letter

• Optional event, table and meal text; name-and-table reprint filters

• Sample CSV, example PDFs, a printable 100 mm size check and getting-started instructions

Each project supports up to 1,000 guests. Finished cards are 90 × 45 mm. Tent cards are 90 × 90 mm before folding. Print ten flat cards or four tents per sheet on plain card stock. Use the browser print dialog to print or save as PDF.

€19 one-time purchase, plus applicable tax calculated at checkout. One operator may use the licensed tool for their own and client events. The application itself cannot be resold or redistributed.

LIMITS & COMPATIBILITY

This is not a seating-plan optimizer or check-in service. It does not directly import .xlsx; export your spreadsheet as CSV UTF-8. There are no custom uploaded images, fonts or pre-cut sheet presets. The interface is English. Accented Latin and Cyrillic guest names were checked; other scripts depend on your system fonts.

The original build passed automated Linux Chromium checks with the network disabled, including all 12 style/paper/card combinations. Version 0.1.1 also received a macOS Safari smoke test covering local file opening, CSV import, filtering, 1,000 guests, project save/open and representative PDF exports. A4 folded cards, US Letter flat cards and the print-size check were inspected. Edge and physical printers remain untested. Match paper size in your browser print dialog, use 100% scale, disable headers/footers and enable backgrounds. Print the supplied size check before a full batch.
