No! Tracking is optional.

Your plan is designed so you can follow the meals exactly as they are without tracking — but if you prefer to use MyFitnessPal, you absolutely can.


Will I get check-ins or coaching support?

No. This is a self-guided program with no check-ins or adjustments included.

If you’d like ongoing support, accountability, or training plans, you’re welcome to contact me for coaching options anytime.


Can I do this plan if I’m gluten-free or dairy-free?

Yes!

What if I want a new plan after the 4 weeks?

You can absolutely purchase again, and I’ll create a fresh updated plan based on your new goals or progress and add any new recipe books I would have created.
