Lying awake at night is often caused by racing thoughts and worries, and this body scan meditation is an evidence-based way to relax as part of a healthy bedtime routine. If you like it you can make it part of your nightly routine - training your body and mind to prepare for sleep by coming into the present moment with gentle, kind, curious awareness of what is here now.
