What does it involve?
This 30 day Summer Self-Care Challenge is perfect if you need to recharge, stay grounded, and be ready to enjoy the summer season.
Each day will feature a small, meaningful activity focused on mental, physical and emotional wellness.
It is set out as a course so you can either follow it daily or flick through and pick one you prefer to start with.
At the end you will receive a printable sheet as a reminder and carry on throughout the whole of the summer.
