You started the year with plans. Maybe they were clear and detailed and maybe they were a bit more “I have a general direction and a notebook, so that’s basically a plan.” Either way, the year has probably done what years do and wandered off in a few unexpected directions.

Some things may have gone really well, but some things might have felt heavier than you expected. You might have changed your mind, lost momentum, created more than you realised, or quietly shoved a few ideas into the “I’ll deal with that later” cupboard.

Review and Reset is a two-session 1:1 business check-in to help you pause, make sense of the year so far, and create a doable plan for the next few months. It is not a big scary strategy day. or a guilt session about everything you haven’t done, and it is definitely not about pretending you have unlimited time, energy or focus. Instead, it's a calm, practical space to look at where you are now, what this year has already shown you, and what makes sense next.

What’s included

Review and Reset includes two 1:1 sessions with me online.

In the first session, we’ll look back at the year so far. We’ll talk through what you hoped would happen, what actually happened, what you’ve achieved, what has worked, and what has felt harder than expected.

This is often where the useful stuff starts to appear, because it is very easy to focus on the unfinished bits and completely forget the work, learning, decisions, conversations, brave moments and tiny steps that have happened along the way. You may have done more than you think and learned more than you realise and there may be a few plans you are still carrying that no longer fit, which we can look at kindly and honestly, without making it weird.

In the second session, we’ll use what came out of the review to create a realistic plan for the next few months.

We’ll look at what matters most, what needs to be simplified, what can wait, and what you actually have the capacity for.

The aim is to create a plan that feels useful rather than overwhelming, so you have something to come back to when life gets busy, your brain gets foggy, or your business starts feeling like someone has emptied a box of spaghetti over your desk.

That PDF will explain what happens next, give you my email address so we can book your first on screen session, and include the link to your pre-session questions.

Please answer the questions before your first session so we can make the best use of our time together. They are not a test, and there are no perfect answers. They are just there to help you gather your thoughts before we meet.

After your first session, we’ll book your second one. I recommend leaving around a week between the two sessions if possible, so you have a little bit of thinking space before we turn everything into a plan.
