Home educating a neurospicy child can be a beautiful, flexible, deeply personal choice. It can also be a lot.

Especially when you are trying to support your child’s needs, protect their confidence, keep some kind of learning rhythm going, run your own business, manage family life, and occasionally remember that you are also a human being who may require tea and a sit down.

This programme gives you space to pause, look at what is really happening, and build practical support that fits your actual family life.

Over approximately 8 weeks, we will work together through 6 coaching sessions, with reflection weeks built in so you have time to try ideas gently and notice what actually helps.

We will look at your child’s strengths, needs, emotional regulation, confidence, independence, social opportunities, home education rhythm, family routines, and the practical pressure points that are making things feel harder than they need to.

This is not about judging your home education approach. It is not about forcing your child into situations they are not ready for. It is also not about wrapping them in bubble wrap forever, tempting though that can feel when the world has been a bit much.

The aim is to gently understand what your child needs, where they may be ready to stretch a little, and how you can support more independence, confidence and safe connection without overwhelming either of you.

By the end of the programme, you will have a personalised family action plan tailored to your child, your home education rhythm, your business responsibilities, and your capacity. This will include practical next steps for learning, home life, social opportunities, independence and the parent-child juggle.

This programme is for you if:

  • You home educate a child who may be neurodivergent, diagnosed or not.
  • You are trying to balance home education with running your own business or managing other responsibilities.
  • You feel your child may need more confidence, independence, freedom or social connection, but you are not sure how to support that safely.
  • You sometimes feel torn between protecting your child and helping them stretch a little.
  • You want practical, kind support that looks at your real family life, not a perfect version that only exists in someone else’s planner.

What’s included:

  • 6 coaching sessions over approximately 8 weeks.
  • A first discovery session to understand your child, your home education rhythm, your business responsibilities and current pressure points.
  • Practical coaching sessions focused on learning, family life, independence, confidence, connection and everyday routines.
  • Reflection weeks so you can try ideas, notice patterns, and come back with examples.
  • A personalised family action plan at the end of the programme.

After purchase, you will receive a welcome PDF with the link to book your first session and complete your pre-session form.

A gentle note:

This is a supportive coaching programme. It is not a diagnostic assessment, therapy, medical advice, or a judgement on your home education approach.

You do not need a formal diagnosis for your child to be supported here. We will work with the child in front of you, the family life you are actually living, and the version of home education that needs to feel more doable for you.
