On The Bumpy Road To Love
Here's Fats having fun in a fleeting introductory solo on a song called On the Bumpy Road To Love from 1938. The melody has a cute musical "special effect" switching to triplets at a particular moment to simulate the sensation of a "bumpy road".
The song came from an MGM musical released that same year called "Listen, Darling" sung by a 16-year-old Judy Garland whose next film was none other than The Wizard Of Oz!
Enjoy!
