Editorial Reviews:

"I have worked with numerous other teenagers and parents as they work through food sensitivities and digestive issues.  The challenges that go along with restrictive diets and digestive programs can be very daunting and difficult, especially for adolescents.  In A Teenager’s Perspective on Food Restrictions: A Practical Guide to Keep from Going Crazy, Erica does an excellent job of sharing her story and feelings.  She does this with an honesty and insight that is beyond her years.  It is a great reference for both kids and parents to know they are not alone in their struggles as they search for answers to better health."
