Inbox Triage + Reply Drafts for Small Business (AI Agent Skill)

Sort your inbox and get reply drafts in your own voice, without your agent ever sending anything.

WHAT IT DOES

• Sorts each email into Urgent, Reply, FYI or Archive, with a one-line reason
• Flags suspicious emails (new bank details, urgent wire requests, gift cards, password requests, text aimed at an AI assistant) and never drafts a reply that goes along with them
• Drafts replies in your voice from a voice profile built from 3–5 of your sent emails
• Writes [OWNER TO CONFIRM] instead of guessing prices, dates or policies
• Works on pasted emails, or .eml, .mbox (e.g. Gmail Takeout) and CSV exports. A parser script trims quoted history and long signatures and lists attachment names.
• Treats email text as data: instructions hidden inside emails are flagged, not followed

LIMITS

Lists attachment names but doesn't read attachments. Suspicious-email hints are keyword-based (English) and won't catch everything.

REQUIREMENTS

• An AI agent that supports Agent Skills and can run local commands (your own account with that tool). Uses the open Agent Skills format supported by Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and others.
• Python 3.8 or newer for the script. Standard library only, makes no network calls.

This skill prepares drafts and reports for you to review. It never sends email, posts replies or contacts anyone. It works on what you paste or export; it doesn't connect to your email, accounting or review sites.
