• Week-over-week change and %, plus a trailing average of up to 4 earlier weeks
• Revenue and expenses by category, biggest category moves, days with no sales
• Data notes for partial weeks, missing history and excluded rows
• Writes a plain-English digest that uses only the computed numbers and asks you about causes instead of guessing

INPUT

A CSV with date, type (sale, refund or expense) and amount; optional category and order ID. Other exports (Shopify, Square, bank) need mapping to these columns first, and your agent can help. No forecasts or financial advice.

REQUIREMENTS

• An AI agent that supports Agent Skills and can run local commands (your own account with that tool). Uses the open Agent Skills format supported by Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and others.
• Python 3.8 or newer for the script. Standard library only, makes no network calls.
