Four n8n workflows for the holiday order rush, for Shopify, Stripe and Gumroad sellers.

WHAT IT DOES

• Logs every new order from Shopify, Stripe (Checkout, including Payment Links) or Gumroad to a Google Sheet: one row per order on an Orders tab, one row per product on an Items tab. Duplicate webhooks don't create duplicate rows.
• Sends each new paying customer a plain thank-you email from your Gmail (SMTP alternative included). It skips test orders, opted-out buyers, a Do Not Email list and orders older than 72 hours, and never sends twice.
• Checks stock every hour from an Inventory tab in your sheet and emails you when an item runs low (Slack option included, off by default)
• Emails you a daily sales digest at a time you choose: orders, revenue, average order, orders by source, refunds, top 5 products and a 7-day total (Slack option included)

YOU NEED

• An n8n instance the internet can reach (workflow 1 uses webhooks; self-hosted needs a public HTTPS URL)
• Admin access to whichever of Shopify, Stripe or Gumroad you sell on, a Google account, and Gmail or SMTP for emails (Slack optional)
• You connect your own accounts inside n8n. The workflows contain no credentials, and we never ask for your passwords or API keys.

NOT INCLUDED

Installation or custom changes; other sources (WooCommerce, Etsy, Square, PayPal, Stripe Invoices or subscriptions); inventory sync with Shopify (stock is estimated from your sheet); refund tracking; accounting or tax reports; any service subscriptions.

CUSTOMER EMAIL

The thank-you workflow emails your customers from your own account as plain transactional email with safe defaults. Review the template before you turn it on; your email practices are your responsibility.

SCREENSHOTS

The red warning triangles on nodes only mean credentials aren't connected yet. You add your own Shopify, Stripe, Gumroad, Google, Gmail or Slack credentials after import.

TESTING

Imported and run in a test n8n 2.43.8 instance with sample payloads; not yet tested against live accounts.
