A structured set of practical, editable governance resources designed to help independent occupational therapists assess, organise, evidence and review the governance arrangements supporting their own professional practice.

The Toolkit includes a Start Here and Implementation Guide, nine governance resources covering assessment, planning, review, assurance, registers, monitoring and business continuity, a worked example, and supporting licence and customer information. Working tools are supplied in editable Word and Excel formats where appropriate, alongside reference PDFs.

Supplied under a UK Individual Licence for one named user. Editable tools may be adapted only for that user’s own authorised professional practice. Team, organisational, shared-drive, training and redistribution rights are not included. The Toolkit supports professional judgement; it does not certify compliance or replace current legal, regulatory or professional requirements.
