Brioche Pastiche

Pastiche: A piece consisting of motifs or techniques borrowed from other sources. I’ve taken my favorite elements from two hat designs in my Brioche Hat Trick Collection (available on Ravelry), and recombined them especially for my 2 color brioche in the round knitting classes.

We begin with 2 color brioche rib, then add simple increases and decreases to form a leafy pattern. I’ve updated this design to give you a second crown option; choose your favorite look!

This hat is knit with two contrasting colors in worsted weight yarn.
