Kids and teens don’t need worksheets that are too babyish or too heavy. The Inner Expedition gives you two tracks so no one feels talked down to and no one feels lost.
Explorers (ages 7 to 12) is hands-on and creative, with drawing, sorting, body maps and games. Navigators (ages 13 to 17) is reflective and direct, with rating scales, logs, maps and plans. Switch tracks anytime, and progress saves separately for each.

Every unit has four layers: Trailhead (what it is), Trail Skills (how to do it), Deep Terrain (healing and deeper work, done with the therapist), and Field Notes (take it home). Activities are tagged CBT, Play, Expressive, or Neutral, so you can match your approach and the child.

Good to know
- Therapist view shows pacing notes and a therapist note on every activity. Turn it off when a child is using the screen.

- Volume I is not a trauma treatment. The Therapist Companion explains scope, safety, and when to use your own clinical protocols.
