Lanternway Free Rest Stop - 3 Scenery STLs + Editable CAD
Get a complete free wayside rest stop for fantasy tabletop scenes: a tiled-roof shelter, a wooden rest bench and a provision cairn. Lanternway includes three original fixed scenery STL files and three matching editable OpenSCAD sources. No purchase, subscription or paid expansion is required. An optional original scene seed is included for your private games; use your own rules.
THE THREE MODELS
Wayside Shelter: four posts with braces and collars, a fixed tiled gabled roof, boarded rear half-wall, raised scored-plank floor, attached rear bench, abstract trail emblem, broad steps, mushrooms and rocks.
Trail Rest Bench: four scored seat planks, bark-ridged stump feet, cross beams, a fixed grooved backrest, studs and mushrooms. Decorative miniature scenery, not human furniture.
Provision Cairn: stacked faceted stones, a backed abstract chevron plaque, grooved fixed supply crate with corner straps and clasp, and mushrooms. No opening crate lid or loose contents.
FILES AND DIMENSIONS
Three STLs, three matching CAD sources, actual mesh previews, dimension/check reports, selected layer diagram, instructions, personal-use permission and one optional private-game scene seed. No figures, printable maps, handouts, stat blocks or branded compatibility. All roofs, furniture, fungi, stones and supplies are fixed. No figure-scale or fitted-connector claim.

BEFORE YOU PRINT
All three exact STL hashes passed watertightness, winding, positive-volume,
single-body, base-at-Z0 and horizontal-section checks. Three exact CAD sources
compiled in OpenSCAD 2026.10.25 development snapshot using Manifold; solid
comparisons passed bounds 0.02 mm, relative volume 0.5% and symmetric-difference
volume 1% limits. Other compilers, edited variants and backends untested.
All three meshes independently sliced in OrcaSlicer 2.4.2 using one K1 SE 0.4 mm
nozzle / PLA / 0.16 mm / 3 walls / 15% infill / normal automatic supports
inspection profile, base down at 100%. Input hashes, settings, nonempty named
layers and extrusion XYZ bounds checked. Selected shelter toolpaths included.
The shelter’s fixed roof and bench require careful support review; supports
are not supplied as customer files, and successful slicing does not establish
that supports can be removed without damaging details.
No physical printing, other printer/material workflow, figure fit, adhesion,
dimensional accuracy, strength or support-removal testing performed.
Inspect every layer/support for your printer and make a trial print.
No customer G-code, printer profiles, pre-supports or PDFs supplied.
