For small businesses that want a clearer, easier to use website, Little Wins Resources provides a personalised audit of one business website and up to five agreed public pages. You receive a written PDF report, prioritised recommendations and a practical 30-day improvement plan.

Your report includes:

• Desktop and mobile screenshots showing the issues found.

• A review of clarity, trust, navigation and the path to making an enquiry.

• Available local browser performance measurements, clearly labelled. These are not Lighthouse scores.

• Up to three suggested copy improvements.

• Recommendations ordered by priority, with a 30-day plan to help you or your website provider decide what to tackle next.

• One consolidated written clarification request within seven calendar days after delivery.

How it works

1. Before paying, email littlewinsresources@gmail.com. We confirm suitability, your country and business purpose, the public page URLs, your authority, permitted checks, capacity, the final AUD total, the applicable terms and privacy version, and your delivery date in writing. Please do not purchase without that confirmation. One active audit at a time.

2. After payment, the immediate download is ONLY the Start Here guide. It is not your completed audit.

3. Your personalised audit is prepared individually and delivered as a PDF by email within seven Brisbane business days after payment and receipt of complete customer information and required permissions. Brisbane business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Brisbane public holidays. We confirm the actual due date by email.

Worldwide enquiries welcome. Email us to confirm your website is suitable. Before accepting payment, we must confirm that we can supply the service in your country, including applicable checkout, tax and seller requirements. Please do not pay until we confirm your order in writing.

All communication and delivery are by email. No phone calls, meetings or office visits are required. The service does not include implementing repairs, private account access, security testing, legal or accessibility certification, or advertising. Findings reflect the evidence available at the time of review. Increased enquiries, customers, sales or rankings are not guaranteed.

Cancellation and refunds

Email littlewinsresources@gmail.com to cancel. A full refund is available before work starts. After work starts, a reasonable charge may apply for work actually performed, with a refund of the unearned balance, subject to stronger statutory rights. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Downloading the Start Here guide is not a request to waive cancellation rights for the commissioned audit. Read the service terms before purchase.

Checkout clarification pending: Payhip has been asked to clarify how its standard digital-download licence and cancellation wording applies to this personalised service and Start Here guide. That clarification and overseas tax guidance remain outstanding. Please email us before paying; no seller wording claims to override Payhip’s standard terms.
