Terms and Conditions

Little Wins Resources

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms cover purchases from the Little Wins Resources Payhip store, including digital downloads, books, templates, workbooks, Private Access Premium Collection and business services. Little Wins Resources is an Australian sole trader business. Contact littlewinsresources@gmail.com or https://payhip.com/littlewinsresources/contact for orders, cancellations and complaints. Support and service communication are by email.

Read the product description and any product licence or service terms before purchase. Those details form part of your order and add the inclusions, requirements and limits for that product. Nothing on this page overrides rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not cover separate appointments or services that are not sold through this store.

2. What you are buying

Products are digital unless the listing expressly says otherwise. No physical item is posted for a digital purchase. The listing identifies the files, access, service or deliverables included. Previews and samples illustrate the product; check the actual inclusions before buying.

Check file formats, required software, device compatibility and any third party account requirements. Ask us before purchase if a particular use or requirement is important to you. A downloadable template does not include a personalised service unless the listing says it does. Private Access Premium Collection is for adults aged 18 or over.

3. Prices and payment

The listing and checkout display the price and currency. Check the total, including any tax shown, before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Payment is processed through Payhip and its connected payment providers. Do not email card or bank login details to us.

A single purchase does not create an ongoing subscription unless recurring charges and cancellation arrangements are clearly disclosed and agreed at checkout. Optional extra work must be agreed separately before it is charged.

4. Digital delivery and access

For ordinary downloads, Payhip provides the download link after a successful order, usually on the confirmation page and in the receipt email. Supply an accurate email address and check your spam folder. Save a copy of your files. Download limits, PDF stamping and access controls may apply as shown for the product or by the platform.

If a link fails, a file is missing or the wrong item arrives, email your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide the appropriate assistance or remedy. We do not promise indefinite hosting, future editions or updates unless included in the listing. This does not remove your rights if the product or access supplied fails to meet the contract or applicable law.

5. Business services and custom work

The product page and any scope confirmed by email set out the work, deliverables, required information and timing. For a service requiring a written quote or scope, obtain that confirmation before payment. Work starts after the required information and any necessary permissions are received, and subject to applicable cancellation rules.

Provide accurate information, only material you are entitled to share, and authority for any requested business testing. Do not send passwords, private customer records or unnecessary sensitive information. Missing information or unavailable third party systems may affect timing. We will explain material delays and agree an appropriate next step if delivery becomes impracticable. Additional work outside the agreed scope needs a separate agreement.

Reports describe the evidence and conditions at the time of review. They do not guarantee sales, rankings, revenue or future performance. Unless expressly included, a review does not include implementing changes, security testing, professional legal or tax advice, or certification. These descriptions do not excuse a failure to provide the promised service with due care and skill.

6. Permitted use

You receive a licence to use the purchased material, not ownership of its underlying copyright. Personal products, including books and Private Access, are for your own private use. Business resources may be used within your purchasing business. You may share a completed business report with advisers or colleagues who need it for that business.

Do not resell, redistribute, publish or share the original files or access links, or claim the original material as your own. Where a template or product expressly permits customer deliverables or commercial outputs, that specific licence applies. Third party assets, fonts, software and Canva elements remain subject to their own licences. Statutory permissions remain unaffected.

7. Problems, cancellations and refunds

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or remedies under Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law that applies to your purchase. If a product is faulty, materially different from its description or a service is not supplied as required, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or other remedy depending on the circumstances. A download does not automatically remove those rights.

For a change of mind, contact us promptly. Unless the listing promises more or applicable law gives you a cancellation right, a refund is not automatically available for a correctly supplied digital product simply because you no longer want it. For services, contact us before work starts if you wish to cancel. After work starts, any charge for work already supplied must be fair, consistent with the agreed scope and permitted by law. We will not retain payment for work we cannot supply where you are entitled to a refund.

Where UK or other applicable law gives you a cooling off period, that right is preserved. These terms alone do not obtain consent to early supply or waive cancellation rights. Any required express request or acknowledgement must be obtained separately. To cancel, email your name, order number, purchase date and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use any statutory cancellation form available to you; that form is not a condition of contacting us.

8. Privacy and support

Our store Privacy Policy explains how order details, messages, files and download information are handled: https://payhip.com/littlewinsresources/privacy-policy. Payment providers and linked services have their own policies. Please include only information needed to resolve your enquiry. We do not publish your correspondence as a testimonial without permission.

9. Changes and disputes

The terms, listing and written scope applicable when you order govern that purchase. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce agreed benefits or statutory rights. We may update this page for future orders and will show the update date.

If you have a complaint, email littlewinsresources@gmail.com with the order details, what happened and the outcome you seek. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time. These terms do not prevent you from seeking help from a regulator, dispute body or court available under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.
