Little Wins Resources

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Little Wins Resources, an Australian sole trader business, handles personal information for its whole Payhip store. It covers digital downloads, books, templates, workbooks, Private Access Premium Collection, business reviews and other services sold through the store, together with related enquiries and support. Product privacy notices may add details for a particular service. This policy does not replace the separate privacy policies of Payhip, payment providers or external websites and apps.

Contact us at littlewinsresources@gmail.com or https://payhip.com/littlewinsresources/contact. Customer support is provided by email.

2. Information we collect

When you enquire, purchase or request support, we receive information such as your name, email address, order number, product, purchase date, price, payment status and messages. Checkout providers may also collect billing details, country and transaction information for payment, tax and fraud checks. We do not receive your full payment card number through ordinary order handling.

For business services, we also collect relevant business details, website links, checkout answers, agreed instructions, supplied files and notes needed to prepare and deliver the work. We may review relevant public business information. When you choose to follow the store or subscribe to updates, the platform records your email address and subscription preferences.

Payhip and payment providers collect technical information, such as device, browser, IP address, checkout and download activity, under their own policies. Information made available to us may include store statistics, order activity and download records.

3. How information is collected and why

We collect information directly through checkout, the contact form, email and files you choose to supply, and from the platforms used for your order. We use it to process purchases, provide downloads or services, answer enquiries, deliver reports, resolve problems, maintain records and prevent fraud or misuse.

You can ask general questions without giving your full name. We need a working email address and enough order information to fulfil purchases and identify an order when providing support. Without necessary details, we may be unable to complete a service or resolve a request.

4. Information you should not send

Do not send passwords, card details, bank logins, identity documents, tax file numbers, health records or unnecessary information about other people. Redact customer, client, employee and other private records before sending examples for business services. Only provide information you are authorised to share. Children's printable products are intended to be purchased by adults; children's personal information is not needed to use them.

5. Providers, storage and sharing

Orders and downloads are handled through Payhip and its connected payment providers, including Stripe where selected. Email and working documents are handled through Google services, including Gmail and Drive, and relevant files may also be held on the business owner's devices.

Information is shared with providers as needed to process payments, host the store, communicate, store files and deliver the purchase. Necessary records may also be disclosed to professional advisers, where required by law, or to address fraud or legal claims. We do not sell customer contact lists.

AI tools may assist with preparing business materials. Unredacted confidential customer records are not to be supplied to AI tools as part of our service workflow. Public information and redacted examples may be used where relevant. A customer's use of an AI prompt, template or external app is also subject to that provider's own privacy practices.

6. Overseas handling

Some providers operate outside Australia and may store or process information overseas, including in the United States and other countries where they or their service providers operate. Exact locations vary by service and are not all confirmed. Contact us if you need more information before supplying personal information. Using the store does not waive any privacy rights you have under applicable law.

7. Cookies, downloads and external links

Payhip and payment services use cookies and similar technologies for store features, checkout, security and measurement. Browser settings can limit cookies, although some features may stop working. External links, including Canva template links, take you to services with their own policies.

Where PDF stamping is enabled for a product, Payhip may put the buyer's email address and purchase date on the downloaded PDF. Download records can be used to provide access and prevent misuse. Take care when sharing a downloaded file that contains your details.

8. Marketing

Purchase and support messages are used to administer your order. Promotional messages are separate and are sent where you have subscribed or where otherwise permitted by applicable law. You can use an unsubscribe link or email us to stop promotional messages. This does not stop essential messages about an existing order.

9. Security and retention

We take reasonable care to restrict access to order information, correspondence and working files. No internet, email or storage service is completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, legal obligations and disputes. Temporary working material should be deleted or deidentified when no longer needed. Some transaction and accounting records must be kept longer. Platform records and backups may remain under provider retention arrangements; deleting a working file does not guarantee immediate deletion of every backup. You can ask about the records held for your order.

10. Access, correction, deletion and complaints

Email littlewinsresources@gmail.com with your request and enough information to identify the relevant order. Do not send identity documents unless we first agree a necessary and secure verification method. We may need to verify that you are entitled to access the information.

You can request access, correction or deletion and ask us to stop optional uses. We will consider your request and explain any information that must be retained. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, you can ask to exercise those rights through the same email address.

For a privacy complaint, explain what happened and the outcome you seek. We will review the concern and aim to respond within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator, including the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints, where it has jurisdiction.

11. Changes

The current version and update date will appear on this page. We will update it when our store or information handling changes. Contact us for a copy by email.
