About This Course
Workplace De-Escalation & Incident Follow-Through - Fundamentals is self-paced practical H.S.S. training for frontline employees, supervisors, customer-facing staff, healthcare/support staff, and team leads. Learners work through real-world decisions, required application activities, and a challenging final assessment. Successful learners receive a downloadable H.S.S. Certificate of Completion after meeting all course requirements and the 85% passing standard. The certificate is valid for 12 months. This educational course does not replace employer-specific requirements or third-party credentials.
Course Requirements & Certificate
Complete all required lessons, seven knowledge checks, the application scenario, the downloadable job aid, and the 25-question final assessment with a score of at least 85%. After successful completion, Payhip releases the signed H.S.S. certificate showing your name, the exact course title, issue date, 1.5 total hours, Online Completion, and 12-month validity.
