When Sacramento-born wellness writer Aleyna “Lele” Jones’ mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2015, Lele had no idea that her entire life would pivot into health and wellness. Not only did she become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in 2021, but she also created a yoga workshop to help people of all shapes + sizes fight anxiety, depression, stress, and PTSD.
As Lele began her studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, she developed her own series of simple lifestyle changes that can help her clients.
