The Pacific Northwest never fails to inspire beautiful colourwork motifs. One of my favourite times of year is when the dogwood flowers are in bloom.

This seamless sweater is worked in one piece from the top down. Sample pictured has a 40”/100cm bust and is worn with 1”/2.5cm ease.

Sizes:
Finished measurement at bust: 32 (36, 40, 44, 48, 52)”/80 (90, 100, 110, 120, 130)cm. For more sizing details, please refer to full schematic on page 4.

Materials:
Polka Dot Sheep Whitefish Worsted, 100% Superwash Merino Wool, 218y/199m; 100g/3.5 oz: 3 (3, 4, 4, 4, 5) skeins of Caverns, a ½ skein of each of Beargrass (CC1), Fathom (CC2) and Juneberry (CC3), and, a ½ (½, ½, ½, ½, 1) skein Bitterroot (CC4).

Tools:
US 7 (4.5mm) 24”/60cm circular and double pointed needles or needle size necessary to obtain gauge. US 6 (4mm) 24”/60cm circular and double pointed needles, or size smaller than gauge needle; 8 stitch
markers; tapestry needle.

Gauge:
18 sts/24 rows over 4”/10cm in stranded stockinette in the round, blocked.
18 sts/26 rows over 4”/10cm in plain stockinette in the round, blocked.

Twk – Knit Twinned Stitch: Knit into the st directly below next stitch on left needle and place the new st beside the stitch on the current row to create a twinned stitch, turn work– 1 st with 2 yarns together.
Twp - Purl Twinned Stitch: With yarn in front, slip 1 st purlwise to right needle, insert the left needle tip into the st below the slipped st on the right needle lifting the front leg, purl into this st with the right needle, then slip both sts of twin st from right needle to left needle without twisting, turn work - 1 st with 2 yarns together.
