Jack and the Beanstalk is a very popular traditional tale and this relaxation lesson is a playful retelling of the fairy tale but includes some age appropriate relaxation techniques including breathing techniques, stretching and even simple yoga positions, to help your children to relax and understand their bodies and emotions better.
Mindfulness and relaxation have been proven to increase children's concentration, create a calmer atmosphere and even increase attainment. It is a wonderful addition to any setting.
