In Honour of Shieldmaidens hat pattern
This is a pattern to knit a tammy worked using the stranded colourwork technique. It is worked from the bottom rib up with decreases shaping the crown. This pattern has two rib sizes as the ‘body’ is a generous fit. Feel free to go down needle sizes over the rib portion, if needed, for a tighter rib band.
Included are instructions for the Ladderback/Invisible Jacquard technique if you would like a less visible tacking of floats over longer single colour areas.
