Synopsis: A young man journeys to keep memories of home in the midst of a war-torn Ukraine. Through fear and impossible choices, he stumbles upon the great unknown.
Mariia Lytvynchuk is an international student and emerging writer originally from Ukraine, currently completing her undergraduate studies at Susquehanna University, where she is double-majoring in Creative Writing and Publishing and Editing, with minors in Marketing and Asian Studies. Her written work spans prose, poetry, and playwriting. She was named a finalist in an international writing competition and has been published in Kava Pech with her short story "The Neighbours' Pear," as well as in the anthology Stories from Ukraine: True Price of War with her piece "Wake Up." In her free time, Mariia enjoys travelling and learning new languages.
