The Move Well Programme is the second step in our two-part process, created to build on the insights gained from your Signature Assessment (see info below).
Once we understand how your body moves, breathes, and functions, we design a fully personalised 12-week online programme to help you move forward with confidence, strength, and ease.
This is not a generic workout plan. It’s a bespoke, evidence-based movement system created for women navigating the physical changes of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, peri-menopause, menopause, or surgery.
Every session is shaped around your body’s needs, your goals, and the realities of your daily life, whether that’s juggling work, family, travel, or simply fluctuating energy levels.
The Move Well Programme gives you the structure and clarity to stay consistent and make meaningful progress, even when life feels unpredictable.
1 - 12 Weeks of Bespoke Training
A fully bespoke online programme created from the findings of your Signature Assessment. Each session is designed to address your specific needs, whether that’s rebuilding your core, improving mobility, supporting hormonal health, or managing pain.
2 - Adaptable, Home-Based Workouts
Your workouts can be done anywhere with minimal equipment, or include gym-equipment based exercises if desired. Every plan is flexible, allowing you to train confidently whether you’re at home, travelling, or simply short on time.
3 - Clear Guidance and Coaching
Each exercise comes with explanation and intention, helping you understand how to move safely and effectively. You’ll know exactly what to do and why it matters for your body.
4 - Evidence-Based, Progressive Design
Your programme evolves as your body does. We adjust the intensity, focus, and progression as you gain strength, stability, and confidence.
5 - Supportive Tools and Resources
You’ll receive practical video demonstrations, education around breathing, posture, and core connection, and tailored strategies to help you feel supported every step of the way.
