SIZES
Poncho comes in 3 size options. Measure around the widest part of the shoulder to decide which size to make. 30.5” (35.25”, 40”) / 76 (88, 100)cm
The blanket can be made in almost any size and there are directions on how to do that. A smaller blanket will require less yarn and a larger blanket more yarn.
MATERIALS
Yarn
While I used 100% wool, keep in mind the end user when you are selecting a fiber to work with.
Poncho - sport weight yarn 1200yds / 1116m to make the largest size poncho. The sample was made using Cascade 220 sport weight yarn in Black. I used 6 hanks. Thank you Cascade!
Hook
Hook size “F” / 4mm for the poncho
GAUGE
One motif is 4.75” / 11.88cm for the poncho measured point to point
