The Art of Complaining at Work

In this lesson, students will talk about complaints at work, they will share personal experiences and give their opinions about the topic. They will predict information before watching a news report. They will listen for gist and for detail and develop listening decoding skills. They will also work on pronunciation (/ʃ/ sound). By the end of the lesson, students will choose a folllow-up task according to their interests and needs (speaking, writing, reading or listening).
