Borthburg Lighthouse Ruin

The treacherous rocks off Borthburg Head have been a hazard for sea traffic heading into Æthelard Freeport for centuries and the lighthouse build up on the clifftop saved many a life in it's years of operation. But now only foundations and a few walls remain and the majority of its stonework lies at the bottom of the sea beneath the cliffs. A few travellers us its crumbling carcass to camp for the night, but it's a lonely place where both wild and wolf howl loud.

The locals will say it's cursed and that's why it was never rebuilt, and that it you listen carefully there are voices in the howling on a moonlit night that come from no wolf. "You're a braver man than I, if ye go up to that place in the dark!"
