What do I need to open the files?

Includes .xlsx spreadsheets. Tested in LibreOffice Calc; Microsoft Excel compatibility has not yet been verified. Google Sheets and Apple Numbers compatibility has not been verified. The guides are PDF files, and the templates open in Microsoft Word or a compatible editor.

How is it delivered?

As one ZIP file (about 813 KB) that you can download right after purchase. Nothing is shipped.

Does it include a cooler, financing or a location?

No. You get the guides, calculator, checklists and templates. You choose and pay for your own equipment, and you find your own location.

Will it tell me how much I'll make?

No. No one can tell you what a location will sell. The calculator works from your own estimates, and its example figures are fictional.

Can I use the templates for my business?

Yes. You may edit the templates for your own business and share what you create with them (emails, flyers, signage, statements and other business materials) with your prospects, customers, staff and advisers. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the original launch kit, its guides, blank templates or workbooks, including as a competing product.

Who do I contact with questions?

Will I actually finish it?

14-day refunds. If the launch kit isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to request one. Email mainstreettoolkits@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout (or include it), with your order date. You don't have to give a reason, but feedback helps us improve the launch kit.

What you get back. We'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method through our payment provider. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

After 14 days. We don't offer refunds after 14 days, except where applicable law requires it.

Duplicate or accidental purchases, or download problems. Contact us at the same address. We'll fix download problems (for example by resending your download link) or refund a duplicate purchase.
