1. It is strictly prohibited for any person to use or share any body or facial content (including textures) that I have edited or modified.

2. Due to considerations of potential theft and redistribution, these files have been intentionally omitted.

• If you share a license key or have a record of using the ripperstore or any leaker server, you will be blacklisted by the licensing system.
• In such cases, no refunds will be provided and upload assistance will not be available.
• If you cannot accept these limitations, there are many talented creators in the community who sell their own beautifully crafted models. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Can I edit the avatar?

Yes, Gonso Licensing System Avatar files do not include FBX, FX, Parameter or Main Menu files. Most unity edits can still be made:

• Remove assets
• Any material edits
• Texture edits
• Add prefabs
• Add accessories
• Add toggles
• Avatar menu edits

Edits you can not do:

• Take the avatar into blender

4. 1 License Key, 1 Account Policy. Each Latitia Avatar license is valid for ONE VRChat account only and cannot be transferred.

• Your license key is locked to the first VRChat account it is used on.
• Using the same license key on multiple accounts (including your own secondary accounts) , is strictly prohibited and will be detected as unauthorized sharing.
• The Gonso License System automatically detects and blocks license keys used across different accounts or devices.
• System-detected violations result in automatic ONE YEAR license suspension.
• Suspensions for multi-account usage (different VRChat accounts) cannot be appealed or unlocked early.
• If your license is blocked due to logging in on a different device (but same VRChat account), you may request an unlock by creating a ticket in our Discord server with proof of purchase.
• Suspended licenses are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• License transfers to different VRChat accounts are NOT permitted under any circumstances.

5. Latitia Avatars permit a personal license that is valid for yourself and only you!

6. If incorrect VRChat username is provided during checkout, your license will not function and all rights to own/use Latitia Avatars will be revoked. License keys cannot be transferred or re-issued in cases of user error.

7. Latitia Avatars are for VRChat use only.

8. You may not share/resell/split price/or upload Latitia Avatars public to VRChat

9. You are not allowed to claim Latitia Avatars as your own, even if edited.

10. You may not extract or remove assets from Latitia Avatars.

11. You must obtain these assets from credited creators.

12. If assets on a Latitia Avatar are custom-made or not available for external purchase, you are not allowed to extract those assets from the Latitia Avatar.

13. You may not extract/take/pick any components from Latitia Avatars for personal or commercial use.

14. You are not allowed to extract Latitia's head and body sculpting edits for personal or commercial use/reuse.

15. If you use Latitia Avatar for profit-making purposes (including but not limited to streaming, fansly/onlyfans, promoting your textures/assets, etc.), please include a hyperlink to the model on my payhip in the description.

16. Latitia products may not be used for any suggestions involving loli or children.

17. Each Latitia Avatar license is valid for ONE VRChat account only. The license key is permanently bound to the VRChat username provided at checkout. Using the avatar on any other account, including your own secondary accounts, is strictly prohibited and will result in automatic license suspension.

18. You are not allowed to copy Latitia model's Unity material settings.

You are permitted to edit Latitia Avatars as you please within the listed limits:

1. Editing for personal use

2. Editing for private use on VRChat

• Public edits will be reported and may result in account action

3. Credit must be given to Latitia as an edit of insert avatar name

4. If you want to heavily edit to the point where the original is unrecognizable, please open a ticket on the discord server beforehand - my permission is required, and proof of purchase will be requested

• Heavy editing without my prior permission may be considered theft of body/head sculpts and is not allowed
• "Heavy editing" is defined as when most items on the model are removed and exchanged with other items

5. Latitia Avatar TOS still applies - no asset ripping or stealing/using/"borrowing" components from the FBX or Unity project

6. You are not allowed to edit the head and body sculpts as part of heavy editing

7. Breaking down the avatar to just head and body is not allowed, as my head and body sculpts are not for reuse - you must keep some original items in repeat edits

8. Latitia's name and/or logo cannot be removed, moved, or hidden on your edited fbx/model

2.1 License Key Restriction and Security Monitoring

Each license key is restricted to a single VRChat account to prevent unauthorized distribution and piracy. The Gonso License System monitors and records:

• VRChat account username associated with each license key.
• Account switching attempts

If the system detects the same license key being used on multiple VRChat accounts or different devices, the license will be automatically suspended for ONE YEAR. This automated security measure applies in the following scenarios:

• Using the license on a different VRChat account (including your own secondary accounts) - ONE YEAR SUSPENSION, non-reversible
• Using the license on a different device with the same VRChat account - ONE YEAR SUSPENSION, can be appealed for early unlock

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• We rely on your consent as the legal basis for collecting and processing your data. By using the avatar package, you agree to the collection of your username and license key.

4. Data Retention

• We will store your VRChat username, license key and discord id for as long as the license remains valid. If the license is terminated, your data will be deleted within 60 days.

5. Your Rights

• Under GDPR, you have the following rights concerning your data:
• Access: You can request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: You have the right to request corrections if your data is inaccurate.
• Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data (e.g., if you revoke your license).

Please download the "Read Me" text file from the download list. It contains detailed instructions on how to unlock and upload your Latitia Avatar.

2. Avatar Purchase & Usage Rights

• Upon purchase, you receive the necessary files and rights to use the Latitia avatar for personal use in VRChat and other supported platforms.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the basic knowledge to upload the avatar to your account using Unity.

3. Upload Assistance Policy (Updated)

We provide optional upload assistance as a courtesy service. This service is not included in the price of the avatar and is subject to availability.

• The standard fee is $5 USD for uploading the base PC and Quest versions.
• An additional fee of $5 USD (for a total of $10 USD) will be applied for uploading packages that include additional versions, such as Face Tracking (FT) variants or further optimized (Opti) models.

4. Process for Requesting Upload Assistance

To request upload assistance, you must create a dedicated "Upload Request Ticket" in Discord server.

You will be required to provide:

• Valid proof of purchase.
• Your VRChat account login credentials (username and password).

By submitting your login information, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved. We are not liable for any issues arising from sharing your credentials, though our team will handle them with confidentiality and solely for the purpose of uploading the avatar.

If you are not comfortable sharing your login information, we recommend self-uploading using the provided guides.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our team will perform the upload service with care. However, we are not liable for any account-related issues that may occur during or after the upload process that are not a direct result of negligence on our part.

The upload service fee is for the time and labor provided by our upload team and is non-refundable once the service has been initiated, regardless of the final upload status on VRChat's end (e.g., due to VRChat SDK errors or platform restrictions).

6. Abuse and Fair Use

Do not abuse the ticket system. Repeated, unfounded, or malicious requests may result in a denial of service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
