MY TOS

You are ABSOLUTLEY REQUIRED to enter your correct information at checkout. DISCORD and VRCHAT. If the incorrect information is given, I will revoke your purchase from being downloaded and will blacklist you. If you're having issues within purchasing a model or item off my store, DO NOT feel afraid to contact me. We WILL work something out. 

My models ARE allowed to use for VTUBING, Streaming, and photos AS LONG AS I am given full credit of creation of the model. If I hear you've gatekept my models or taken them as your own, I WILL BLACKLIST YOU. You may also use my models outside of VRCHAT, with given full credit. You MAY use my models to showcase sold tattoos, AS LONG AS the model has been purchased, and I am given correct credits.

Reselling as well as redistributing Electric Cherry!'s models is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If I find that you have done it, I WILL BLACKLIST YOU. DO NOT UPLOAD MY AVATARS PUBLICLY. 

All assets have different TOS. they will be displayed on the product page! When crediting Electric Cherry!'s Assets/Models, you MUST link the item to my Gumroad. Since my Payhip is no longer in use, it has to be my Gumroad.

If any of my assets have my initials on the mesh, you are NOT allowed to remove the initials mesh.

Refunds are not available in my 3D shop. If you do not understand how to upload the avatar, USE THE INSTRUCTIONS I PROVIDE WITHIN EVERY AVATAR DOWNLOAD. If there is an issue with a model that needs to be fixed, please contact me through Discord or Instagram. 

You ARE allowed to edit my models! You ARE ALLOWED to put my FBX's into blender if needed, DO NOT RIP or STEAL any assets off the FBX. As long as the model is still visibly made by me, that's all that matters! Have fun with it!!!

You ARE ALLOWED to convert my models to quest! AS LONG AS you keep it personal! Do not share it! If you have a friend or someone who can convert it for you, they must ALSO purchase my model!
