NEARLY ALL PRODUCTS CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED BY CONSUMERS OVER THE AGE OF 18.
Buyer(s) is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED to enter your correct information at checkout (DISCORD AND VRCHAT), if any of the following terms are broken, personal & commercial licenses to products may be revoked at any time as well as a blacklist may be created. Electric Cherry! reserves the rights to revoked access to any person of any products at any time. If buyer(s) is having issues purchasing any products from Electric Cherry! DO NOT feel avoidant to contact Electric Cherry! through the Discord by creating a ticket.
Electric Cherry! models ARE ALLOWED of use for VTubing, streaming, videos, and photos AS LONG AS Electric Cherry! is given full credit of creation of the model. If Electric Cherry! products are found to be illegally redistributed, person(s) will be blacklisted. Buyer(s) is allowed to use Electric Cherry!'s products outside of VRChat with full credits given.
Buyer(s) is allowed to use Electric Cherry! models to showcase sold textures, as long as the model is purchased by person(s) showcasing textures with full credits to model.
Reselling & redistributing Electric Cherry!'s models is absolutely strictly prohibited. If an asset on a model is made by Electric Cherry! and not resold on its own, it is NOT ALLOWED for reuse. If assets are found on any other model other than original model with said asset, person(s) will be blacklisted. Do not upload any paid Electric Cherry! models publicly. Electric Cherry! models are PERSONAL LISENCE ONLY. DO NOT ASK A PEER TO UPLOAD A MODEL YOU PURCHASED IF THEY DO NOT ALSO OWN IT. If buyer(s) is mass blacklisted within the community, buyer(s) may not use Electric Cherry! products. DO NOT feed any Electric Cherry! products through any AI programs.
Buyer(s) is allowed to edit Electric Cherry! models! Buyer(s) is allowed to transfer model FBX's from Unity to Blender if necessary, Electric Cherry! does NOT permit head swaps. DO NOT RIP OR STEAL ANY FBX's FROM THE MODELS FBX. As long as the model is still visibly made by Electric Cherry! any editing is allowed.
Buyer(s) is allowed to convert PC models to Quest, as long as it is kept to the personal license policy. If someone else has made an Electric Cherry! model quest compatible and want to share it, they may only share it with people who also own a personal license for the same model. DO NOT CONTACT ELECTRIC CHERRY! ASKING FOR A PAID PC MODEL TO BE CONVERTED TO QUEST.
Almost all assets have the same TOS, so when the TOS is different on a certain product, be sure to read the description for any changes. When crediting Electric Cherry!'s products, you must hyperlink the products specifically from Electric Cherry! . If any Electric Cherry! products include a meshed or textured logo, you may NOT remove it.
Creators are NOT permitted to use Electric Cherry! head sculpts/meshes as reference or inspiration to own head sculpts / copy Electric Cherry! head sculpts/meshes. Electric Cherry has a very distinct and specific head sculpt. It will not go unnoticed if copied/referenced. Please have your own originality as a creator.
Refunds are not available on the Electric Cherry! shop. If buyer(s) do not understand how to upload an Electric Cherry! model, USE THE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS WITHIN EVERY AVATAR DOWNLOAD. If issues are found within a product from Electric Cherry! please reach out in the Discord Server.
Commission Terms of Service
Electric Cherry! does not negotiate pricing. All sales are FINAL. If Buyer(s) would like commissioned model edited by another creator, buyer(s) must contact Electric Cherry! as well as provide the creators information. If buyer(s) would like assets purchased from another creator and added onto the commissioned model, Electric Cherry! will purchase it first, buyer will pay the added price onto the final pricing on the commission as well as added labor. Every commission will be a different price.
Rerigs & Resculpts start at $30.
If any of the following terms are broken, personal & commercial licenses to products may be revoked at any time as well as a blacklist may be created.

I've been trying to keep a set schedule for my model releases, but its difficult to keep up with them, I will not promise when a model will be coming due to any changes that may happen.

Unfortunately yes. I've been doing my best to put my leaking times behind me and move forward, by cleaning out my PC completely of any suspicious/leaking content. Please understand I'm no longer who I used to be and I am a new person:) I know me being an x-leaker is REALLY hypocritical to the first question I answered in FAQ, But when I was a leaker I truly had little to no knowledge on how long it takes to make models and how much time and effort people put into it. I want to apologize to anyone who is effected by this and that we can forgive and move on! If there's anything I can do to help regain your trust as a creator please contact me so we can figure it out!

NO! I promise you, there are hundreds of YouTube videos out there to help you on your creation journey! You may ask questions in my help channels, but do not expect me to always help/want to teach you! You need to go through trial and error on your own and learn to grow!
