By purchasing or otherwise obtaining access to my avatars, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service.

꩜- 1. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to purchase any of my products.

꩜- 2. Personal Use License: Your purchase grants you a personal-use license only.You may not share, distribute, trade, upload, or allow anyone else to access the files. Editing is allowed as long as the avatar remains recognizable as the original.

꩜- 3. Accurate Information: All information provided at checkout, including for gift purchases, must be correct. Providing false or incomplete information may result in loss of access to the product.

꩜- 4. Creator Credit: When using the avatar in public content (streaming, videos, social media, adult content, etc.), proper credit to me as the creator is required.

꩜- 5. No Copying or Replication: You may draw inspiration from my designs, but you may not copy, recreate, or make near-identical versions of my avatars.

꩜- 6. No Leaking or File Sharing: Sharing, leaking, trading, or uploading my avatars to any platform or community (including VRModels) is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a DMCA takedown and a permanent ban from my shop.

꩜- 7. Support Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to receive support through my Discord server. Uploads are available for $5.00. Quest conversions are not offered at this time.

꩜- 8. No Reselling: You may not resell or redistribute my avatars, assets, or textures, whether in original or edited form.

꩜- 9. AI Restrictions: My products may not be uploaded into or used to train any AI tools, models, or platforms.

꩜- 10. Chargeback Policy: Filing an unnecessary or false chargeback will lead to loss of access to all products and a permanent ban. Please reach out to support before opening a dispute.

꩜- 11. Commercial Use: Commercial use is not permitted unless you obtain written permission from me. This includes any monetized content, promotional material, or merchandise.

꩜- 12. Edited File Distribution: Even if you modify or heavily edit the avatar, you may not share, upload, or distribute the edited files. Edits remain covered under this TOS.

꩜- 13. Violations: Breaking any part of this TOS may result in loss of access, blacklisting, DMCA action, or other appropriate consequences.

꩜- 14. Refund Policy: All products are non-refundable. If you experience an issue, please contact support through my Discord server for assistance.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept all terms listed above.
