୨♡୧ 2. – Discord Ban Policy: If you are banned from my Discord server for any reason, you are strictly prohibited from purchasing, accessing, or using any of my avatars or products. Any attempts to bypass this restriction will result in a permanent blacklist.

୨♡୧ 3. – Personal Use License: Your purchase grants a non-transferable, personal-use license only. You may not share, trade, upload, gift, or allow anyone else access to the files. Personal edits are allowed, but the avatar must remain recognizable as the original.

୨♡୧ 4. – Account & File Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your files, Unity projects, and VRChat account secure. Giving files or project access to friends, uploaders, or helpers counts as sharing and is not allowed. “Someone else did it for me” is not an excuse.

୨♡୧ 5. – Accurate Information: All checkout information (including gifts) must be correct and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in loss of access without refund.

୨♡୧ 6. – Creator Credit: When using the avatar in public content (streams, videos, social media, adult content, etc.), proper credit to me as the creator is required.

୨♡୧ 7. – No Copying, Replication, or Base Use: You may take inspiration, but you may not copy, trace, recreate, or make near-identical versions of my avatars. My avatars may not be used as a base or template for other avatars.

୨♡୧ 8. – No Leaking or File Sharing: Sharing, leaking, trading, ripping, or uploading my avatars or files anywhere (including VRModels or similar platforms) is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a DMCA takedown and a permanent shop ban.

୨♡୧ 9. – Public Upload & Clone Restrictions: My avatars may not be uploaded as public avatars, fallback avatars, or placed in cloneable worlds. Private use only.

୨♡୧ 10. – Asset Extraction Prohibited: You may not extract or reuse individual assets such as textures, meshes, blendshapes, materials, or shaders for other projects or avatars.

୨♡୧ 11. – Support Window & Services: Support is available for 30 days after purchase through my Discord server. Upload services are available for $5.00. Quest conversions are not offered at this time.

୨♡୧ 12. – No Reselling or Redistribution: Reselling, redistributing, or monetizing my avatars, assets, or textures—original or edited—is not allowed.

୨♡୧ 13. – AI & Dataset Restrictions: My products may not be uploaded into or used to train AI tools, datasets, or models.

୨♡୧ 14. – Chargeback Policy: False or abusive chargebacks will result in immediate loss of access to all products and a permanent ban. Please contact support before opening a dispute.

୨♡୧ 15. – Commercial Use: Commercial use is not allowed unless you receive explicit written permission from me. This includes monetized content, promotions, or merchandise.

୨♡୧ 16. – Edited File Distribution: Even heavily edited avatars may not be shared, uploaded, or distributed. All edits remain covered under this TOS.

୨♡୧ 17. – Prohibited Behavior: My avatars may not be used for harassment, hate speech, impersonation, doxxing, or malicious behavior. I reserve the right to revoke access if my work is used in harmful ways.

୨♡୧ 18. – Violations & Enforcement: Breaking any part of this TOS may result in loss of access, blacklisting, DMCA action, or other enforcement measures.

୨♡୧ 19. – Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued due to user error, hardware limitations, Unity or shader issues, or VRChat updates. Please contact support if you experience problems.

୨♡୧ 20. – TOS Updates: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of my products means you accept the most current version

Texture TOS

By purchasing, downloading, or using these textures, you agree to the following terms:

Allowed

• Use on personal avatars.

• Use on commercial/public avatars.

• Edit and recolor textures to fit your project.

• Use on commissioned avatars, provided all parties have properly obtained the required assets.

Credit Required

• Credit must be given whenever these textures are used on a public, commercial, free, or paid avatar.

Not Allowed

• Redistribute, share, leak, trade, gift, or resell the raw texture files.

• Claim these textures as your own work.

• Include these textures in asset packs, texture packs, or other downloadable resources.

• Upload the raw files to avatar worlds, Discord servers, Google Drives, Gumroad/Payhip listings, or similar platforms for others to access.

• Use these textures for NFTs, blockchain projects, AI training, or AI-generated asset creation.

Important

• Purchasing this product grants a license to use the textures, not ownership of the textures themselves.

• All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.

• Failure to follow these terms may result in loss of licensing rights and access to future products.
