The Simple Bill Tracker from Kim Simple Solutions gives you an easy way to enter incoming bills, monitor upcoming due dates, identify overdue balances, and maintain a history of paid bills—all within your own Google account.

Use the included Bill Submission Form to enter each bill as it arrives. Add the vendor, amount, due date, invoice number, notes, and an optional image or PDF of the bill. Your information automatically appears on the Bill Dashboard, sorted by due date.

When a bill is paid, enter the payment number and paid date, then change its status to PAID. The bill automatically moves from the active dashboard to Bill History.
