💡Write your resume for the job you want, not the job you have.
Example: Skilled in electronic health record documentation to provide insurance payor data to determine medical necessity
What you do as a bedside nurse directly relates to what is reviewed by an insurance nurse.
Where does the insurance nurse obtain clinical? From the hospital. The clinical is the charting done by the hospital staff.

🔸Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and providers
🔸Review clinical documentation to confirm patient is at the correct level of care and discharge planning needs

Do not use one resume for every job application
Create a folder for each type of remote nursing job
Within each folder have 1 resume tailored to that role
When applying for remote jobs, upload the correct resume for the corresponding job
Referrals get your resume seen
It's not enough to enter an employees name as a referral when applying for jobs
Forward your resume to the company employee and ask her/him to forward your resume to the hiring manager
*This will NOT guarantee you a job, but it will give your resume more visibility
