The first interview will be with human resources (or a virtual interview). In order to proceed to your second interview, you will need to impress him/her with specific questions. Of course, HR will not be able to answer all of these questions.

The second interview will be with the hiring manager (and possibly two or more other managers), the decision maker(s). These questions will let him/her/them know that you are very knowledgeable and have the ability to comprehend utilization review/management without any past experience.
